Bru Sauce is a Buffalo Hot Sauce that I began making shortly after graduating from the University of Buffalo a little more than 20 years ago. It started off as just something I brought to the firehouse for the guys. At that time, they just called it "Bru's sauce" then it sort of melted together into Bru Sauce.
"Bru sauce is so much more than ordinary hot sauce! Unlike a lot of hot sauces, this sauce actually has depth. I use it like a condiment on burgers, quesadillas, tacos, chicken, etc. It's a great sauce to try if you're bored with the standard hot sauce selection."
